Fruity, Zesty & Malty

For our Stone Cold IPA, we implemented a short & cool dry hopping period aiming to produce a pure hop freshness to best showcase the fruity nuances of the Motueka, and zesty lemon and pine aspect of the Southern Cross. The malt bill purposefully takes a back seat, but is intentional enough to give good structure, and balance the ABV, giving a satisfyingly full mouthfeel and body.
