We’ve selected two hops which sit towards the tropical soft fruit, berries and floral side of the flavour spectrum namely Styrian Wolf and Huel Melon. In spite of being European in origin, these hops are still intensely flavoured and also offer a gradation of flavour sometimes lacking in the big hitting New World varieties we all know and love.
