Dry hopping is a way for brewers to add more hop flavour and aromatics to a beer during fermentation.

Doubling up this process levels up the sensory adventure!

In this double dry hopped pale (DDH), we’ve extracted flavours from the rest hops (Crystal & Cascade hop cones), and then used cryo-hops and hop extract (Simcoe & Citra) plus regular hop pellets (Centennial) during fermentation to bring you a hugely exciting, juicy, flavour experience.
