The classic Amarillo/ Citra hop pairing is on full show in our delicious mid-amber Brewdolph Christmas Pale, further enhanced by Mosaic dry hopping which fleshes out the palate with stone fruit flavours and adds a delicate floral dimension to the nose. Citrus hop lovers will love the juicy marmalade flavours and fresh, defined grapefruit bitterness, backed up and balanced against caramel-biscuity malt.
